🇵🇰 Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan, offering both prepaid options and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Standard Delivery Timeline: 3 to 5 working days (Please allow up to 10 working days during peak festive seasons or major sale events).
Priority Shipping Timeline: 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping Charges:
Free Shipping: Valid on all domestic orders valued above PKR 10,000.
Standard Rate: Orders below PKR 10,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated clearly at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms:
Customers opting for COD must provide a valid, reachable mobile number.
Our logistics team or courier partner may call or SMS you to confirm your order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready at the time of delivery, as courier riders do not carry extensive change.
🌍 International Shipping (Worldwide)
We ship our premium products globally to ensure our international clientele can access our collections seamlessly.
Carrier Services: All international orders are dispatched via trusted, secure premium express couriers (such as DHL Express or FedEx) to ensure safety and end-to-end tracking.
International Timeline: 5 to 12 working days depending on your destination country and regional customs processing times.
Shipping Charges: International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your exact geographical location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
All such duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Asian Stitches has no control over these regional charges and cannot predict their amounts.
📦 Order Processing and Tracking
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation.
Tracking Details: As soon as your order is dispatched, an automated email and/or SMS notification will be sent to you containing your official tracking number and a direct tracking link.
🛡️ Delays, Customs, and Delivery Liability
Transit Delays: While we guarantee swift dispatch from our facilities, Asian Stitches is not liable for unexpected delivery delays caused by destination customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, or global logistics disruptions.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
We accept responsibility for ensuring your order safely leaves our facility and reaches your provided address.
If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost in transit, or if it arrives damaged, please do not worry. Contact our customer support team immediately at info@asianstitches.com within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
We will launch a formal investigation with the courier provider and work diligently to arrange a replacement or resolve the issue for you.
