How long does shipping take?
1.Orders are processed after confirmation and typically delivered within 5–6 working days.
2.Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or high order volumes.
3.Once an order is dispatched, Asian Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
What is your exchange policy?
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Item must be in resalable condition
Request must be made within the specified timeframe.
Non-eligible items:
1.Sale / discounted items.
2.Items damaged due to misuse.
3.Items without original packaging/tags
Additional conditions:
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
A handling/restocking fee may apply
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
1.Clear photos of the product.
2.Order details.
3.If verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
4.Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim rejection.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before processing or dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
