Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure quality and customer satisfaction with every order. Please review our 
return and refund policy below:

Deductions from refunds: Where a parcel is returned to us or a refund is requested for a reason on the customer's side (for example an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or a non-defective return), the actual shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

This does not apply where the order is lost or damaged in transit, defective, or not as described. In those cases we will refund the full amount or re-ship at our cost subject to compliance with policy and once confirmed with the courier.

• Unused, unworn, original packaging 
Non-Returnable: 
• - Sale items (unless defective)

Refunds only in cases of: 
• Wrong item delivered 
• Verified defective product 
• Order cancellation before dispatch 
Refund Method: 
• Online payments → original method 
• COD → bank transfer

7–10 working days after approval
