Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery encompasses internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling charges. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we strive to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries are made exclusively on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined at the time of ordering. Estimated delivery times are based on orders placed before 12:00 noon (PKT). Orders placed with Asian Stitches after 12:00 noon on Friday or on Saturday will be processed starting from Monday. Additional charges may apply to orders requiring Priority, Overnight, or International shipping if delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Returns and Replacements
Returns and Replacements
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, we will gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for an exchange only. Please note that used merchandise cannot be exchanged. Returned items must be accompanied by the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refund processing time will be 10 days from the date of receipt of the item in our warehouse. A restock fee of 10% of the product price shall be applied.
